Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, i.e. it must not have been worn or used, be labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

As per our policy, sale items are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any purchase that includes a custom engraving and the purchase of a battery is also a final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you forget to add a promotional code at checkout, it will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the promotional code is entered in the correct place before completing the order to take advantage of the discount.

If you have received a damaged product, in order to facilitate the return and exchange process, please inform us of the problem beforehand by sending an email to, indicating your name and your order number. If we do not receive this email, we will not be able to process your request and your product will be returned to the original shipping address without exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping time for your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient and they will be notified of your return.

Rustic-Tac reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges that do not comply with our policy. In this case, the products will be returned to you.
